Abstract

Text mining adalah proses mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis sejumlah besar data teks tidak terstruktur dengan bantuan perangkat lunak yang dapat mengidentifikasi konsep, pola, topik, kata kunci, dan atribut lain dalam data. Ini juga dikenal sebagai analitik teks, meskipun beberapa orang membedakan antara kedua istilah tersebut; dalam pandangan ini, analitik teks mengacu pada aplikasi yang menggunakan teknik Text mining untuk memberi peringkat kumpulan data. Berkat pengembangan platform data besar dan algoritme pembelajaran mendalam yang dapat menganalisis sejumlah besar data tidak terstruktur, Text mining menjadi lebih praktis bagi ilmuwan data dan pengguna lain. Menambang dan menganalisis teks membantu organisasi menemukan wawasan bisnis yang berpotensi berharga dalam dokumen perusahaan, email pelanggan, log pusat panggilan, komentar survei kata demi kata, posting jejaring sosial, catatan medis, dan sumber data berbasis teks lainnya. Kemampuan Text mining juga semakin dibangun ke dalam chatbot AI dan agen virtual, yang digunakan perusahaan untuk memberikan respons otomatis kepada pelanggan sebagai bagian dari operasi pemasaran, penjualan, dan layanan pelanggan mereka.
