Diversifikasi Produk Jelly dan Kripik Rumput Laut serta Penguatan Manajemen Promosi Pemasaran untuk Mendukung Pembagunan Berkelanjutan

Kelompok Pokdakan Sipakamase di Desa Lamasi Pantai, Kecamatan Walenrang Timur, Kabupaten Luwu merupakan kelompok petani rumput laut jenis Eucheuma cottonii yang selama ini hanya menjual hasil panen dalam bentuk rumput laut kering kepada pengepul dengan harga jual rendah, tanpa pengolahan lanjutan dan tanpa akses pemasaran yang luas. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam mengolah rumput laut menjadi produk jelly drink dan kripik bernilai jual, serta memperkuat manajemen promosi dan pemasaran berbasis digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui empat tahap yaitu inception, elaboration, construction, dan transition, mencakup sosialisasi dan pendampingan pembuatan jelly dan kripik rumput laut serta pelatihan strategi pemasaran memanfaatkan e-commerce dan media sosial. Evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mitra pada kedua aspek tersebut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam memproduksi jelly dan kripik rumput laut yang siap dipasarkan, serta kemampuan mitra memasarkan produk secara daring sehingga jangkauan pasar tidak lagi terbatas pada pengepul setempat. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal tumbuhnya unit usaha kecil berbasis olahan jelly dan kripik rumput laut yang berkelanjutan di Desa Lamasi Pantai.
