Peningkatakan Pemahaman Guru tentang Kebijakan Strategis Pendidikan dalam Penguatan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) Wilayah II Kota Palopo

Kebijakan strategis Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah mengalami dinamika yang signifikan melalui terbitnya regulasi baru terkait penguatan guru dan mutu pembelajaran. Namun, banyak guru di daerah belum memahami regulasi teknis terbaru ini. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman guru mengenai 6 kebijakan strategis nasional terbaru. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) Wilayah II Kota Palopo. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 16 April 2026 di SDN 63 Ponjalae Baru Kota Palopo, dihadiri oleh 28 orang guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah edukatif, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi penyusunan rencana aksi kelas. Evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil PkM menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru secara signifikan dari rata-rata pemahaman awal 42% menjadi 89% setelah kegiatan. Guru kini memiliki kesiapan yang lebih baik dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran mendalam, mata pelajaran coding/AI, serta mewujudkan budaya sekolah aman dan nyaman.
