Pemberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani Gembae melalui Pelatihan Manajemen Hasil Pertanian dan Penerapan Smart Greenhouse

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Gembae di Desa Balantang memiliki potensi dalam budidaya sayuran hortikultura berbasis greenhouse, namun masih menghadapi permasalahan berupa sistem monitoring lingkungan budidaya yang dilakukan secara manual serta pengelolaan hasil panen dan pemasaran yang belum optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas anggota KWT Gembae dalam penerapan teknologi smart greenhouse, manajemen hasil pertanian, dan pemasaran digital untuk mendukung peningkatan produktivitas dan nilai ekonomi hasil pertanian. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap pra-kegiatan (observasi, identifikasi masalah, dan koordinasi dengan mitra), tahap pelaksanaan berupa sosialisasi teknologi smart greenhouse, pelatihan manajemen hasil pertanian, pelatihan strategi pemasaran digital, serta bimbingan teknis penerapan smart greenhouse, kemudian diakhiri dengan tahap evaluasi menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada seluruh aspek yang dilatihkan, yaitu pemahaman teknologi smart greenhouse meningkat sebesar 74 poin, skor keterampilan manajemen hasil pertanian sebesar 35, skor keterampilan promosi dan pemasaran digital sebesar 68, serta skor keterampilan penerapan smart greenhouse sebesar 87 dengan rata-rata peningkatan skor sebesar 66,25. Evaluasi melalui perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan bahwa metode pelatihan yang diterapkan efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi peserta. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berhasil memperkuat kapasitas KWT Gembae dalam penerapan teknologi pertanian modern, pengelolaan hasil pertanian, dan pemasaran digital sebagai upaya mendukung produktivitas pertanian yang berkelanjutan.
