Penerapan Sains dan Teknologi Geospasial Berbasis Partisipatif Multi Stakeholder dalam Pembentukan dan Penguatan Desa Tangguh Bencana (DESTANA) di Kawasan Latimojong Kabupaten Luwu

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan membangun ketangguhan masyarakat terhadap bencana melalui pembentukan dan penguatan Desa Tangguh Bencana (DESTANA) di kawasan Pegunungan Latimojong, Kecamatan Lantimojong, Kabupaten Luwu, yang memiliki tingkat kerawanan tanah longsor dan banjir bandang yang tinggi. Kegiatan mengintegrasikan teknologi geospasial dengan pendekatan partisipatif multi stakeholder denga mitra kegiatan, yaitu Pusat Studi Pemetaan dan Bencana Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo, PT. Masmindo Dwi Area, BPBD, Dinas Sosial, PMI Kabupaten Luwu, dan Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Lantimojong sesuai tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing. Metode pelaksanaan mengadopsi kerangka pengurangan risiko bencana berbasis komunitas (CBDRR) dalam lima tahap: pengkajian risiko, penguatan kapasitas, pelembagaan, implementasi infrastruktur kesiapsiagaan, serta evaluasi dan keberlanjutan. Pemetaan partisipatif berbasis drone menghasilkan peta titik kerawanan longsor, peta risiko, jalur evakuasi, dan titik kumpul, yang ditindaklanjuti dengan sistem monitoring bencana berbasis WebGIS (puspena.com). Hasil kegiatan meliputi terbentuknya kelembagaan relawan DESTANA, terpasangnya rambu jalur evakuasi dan titik kumpul, tersusunnya Buku Saku DESTANA, serta meningkatnya kapasitas masyarakat yang teruji melalui simulasi kedaruratan lintas lembaga. Sinergi peran para pihak terbukti efektif membangun kesiapsiagaan desa dan dapat direplikasi pada desa-desa lain di kawasan Latimojong
