Pelatihan Dasar Pemrograman Komputer untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Logis Siswa di SMAN 4 Makassar

Abstract

Literasi digital merupakan kompetensi esensial yang perlu dimiliki oleh generasi muda di era transformasi digital. Namun, masih banyak siswa SMA yang belum memiliki keterampilan pemrograman yang memadai akibat keterbatasan kurikulum dan minimnya akses pelatihan praktis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital siswa SMAN 4 Makassar melalui pelatihan koding berbasis pemrograman web. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 16 pertemuan mulai 21 November hingga 15 Desember 2025 dengan melibatkan 30 siswa sebagai peserta. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan langsung yang diawali dengan observasi, penyusunan bahan ajar, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi berupa proyek akhir. Materi yang diajarkan meliputi konsep client server, DOM, HTML, CSS, JavaScript serta pengelolaan data menggunakan LocalStorage dan JSON. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu memahami konsep pemrograman web secara bertahap dan menghasilkan proyek akhir berupa Sistem Perpustakaan Sederhana SMAN 4 Makassar yang fungsional. Selain peningkatan kemampuan teknis, pelatihan ini juga berdampak positif terhadap motivasi, kepercayaan diri, dan minat siswa untuk terus belajar pemrograman secara mandiri. Dengan demikian, pelatihan koding terbukti efektif sebagai salah satu upaya peningkatan literasi digital siswa di jenjang sekolah menengah.
