Aksi Literasi Kreatif : Kelas Menulis Puisi dan Publikasi Antologi Puisi Siswa Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 27 Makassar

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi kreatif siswa melalui program Aksi Literasi Kreatif: Kelas Menulis Puisi dan Publikasi Antologi Puisi bagi siswa kelas VIII SMPN 27 Makassar. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya penguatan literasi siswa, khususnya keterampilan menulis dan membaca puisi, sebagai bagian dari pengembangan kreativitas, kepekaan bahasa, keberanian berekspresi, dan budaya literasi sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan interaktif dan pendampingan partisipatif yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, asesmen kebutuhan, registrasi peserta, penyampaian materi menulis puisi, penyampaian materi membaca puisi, diskusi, praktik kreatif, evaluasi, penerbitan buku antologi puisi, dan penyerahan buku kepada pihak sekolah. Partisipan kegiatan adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 27 Makassar yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran menulis puisi dan publikasi karya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman mengenai proses kreatif menulis puisi, terutama dalam menemukan ide dari pengalaman pribadi, lingkungan sekitar, perasaan, dan peristiwa sederhana. Siswa juga memahami bahwa puisi tidak harus panjang, sedih, atau menggunakan kata-kata sulit, tetapi dapat dibangun melalui diksi, imajinasi, larik, bait, dan makna yang sesuai. Dalam aspek membaca puisi, siswa memperoleh pemahaman tentang pentingnya penghayatan, vokal, intonasi, ekspresi, jeda, dan keberanian tampil di depan umum. Luaran utama kegiatan ini adalah terbitnya buku antologi puisi siswa sebagai bentuk apresiasi terhadap karya peserta sekaligus bukti nyata penguatan gerakan literasi sekolah. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berimplikasi positif terhadap peningkatan minat literasi, keterampilan menulis kreatif, kepercayaan diri, dan budaya berkarya siswa. Program ini dapat dijadikan model pembelajaran literasi kreatif yang inovatif, produktif, dan berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah.
