Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Kelurahan Untia sebagai kawasan permukiman perkotaan menghadapi permasalahan meningkatnya volume sampah organik rumah tangga yang belum terkelola dengan optimal. Artikel ini membahas program pembangunan TEBA (Tempat Sampah Organik) sebagai upaya pengurangan sampah rumah tangga di Kelurahan Untia. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pembangunan infrastruktur TEBA, pelatihan pengelolaan sampah organik, serta pendampingan masyarakat dalam mengolah sampah organik menjadi kompos yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan produktif seperti urban farming. Pelaksanaan program meliputi pembangunan 6 unit TEBA yang ditempatkan di 5 titik strategis dan 1 titik komunal. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat dalam memilah sampah organik, pengurangan volume sampah yang dibuang ke tempat pembuangan akhir, serta terbentuknya sistem pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model replikasi pengelolaan sampah organik di kawasan perkotaan lainnya.
