Pkm ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan tugas administratif serta kegiatan pelayanan publik yang dilakukan mahasiswa selama magang MBKM di Biro Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan tahun 2025. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan refleksi pengalaman magang. Kegiatan magang dalam program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di Biro Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan tahun 2025 memberikan pengalaman langsung yang bermakna bagi mahasiswa dalam memahami dinamika administrasi pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa secara aktif terlibat dalam berbagai tugas strategis, seperti pencatatan dan pendistribusian surat dinas, dokumentasi jalannya rapat koordinasi, serta pelayanan registrasi dalam kegiatan resmi pemerintahan. Keterlibatan ini tidak hanya memperkuat keterampilan teknis administratif, tetapi juga menumbuhkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai prosedur birokrasi, pentingnya ketelitian dalam pengelolaan dokumen, etika komunikasi formal, serta praktik pelayanan publik yang profesional dan akuntabel. Dengan demikian, magang ini berkontribusi nyata dalam membentuk kompetensi mahasiswa sebagai calon aparatur atau praktisi administrasi publik yang adaptif terhadap tuntutan reformasi birokrasi di era digital
