Sosialisasi Pemanfaatan dan Dampak Artificial Intelligence (AI) Pada Siswa SMP Negeri Salu Simbuang

Perkembangan teknologi digital saat ini telah membawa perubahan besar dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia. Salah satunya yaitu artificial intelligence atau kecerdasan buatan yang berkembang terus dengan cepat ke berbagai sektor termasuk pendidikan. Namun, masih banyak siswa yang belum memiliki pemahaman memadai mengenai konsep, pemanfaatan, serta dampak positif dan negatif AI. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital siswa melalui sosialisasi pemanfaatan dan dampak artificial intelligence (AI) di SMP Negeri Salu Simbuang.. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama satu hari, yaitu pada tanggal 6 November 2025, melalui kerja sama antara tim pelaksana dan pihak sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan participatory training yang melibatkan pemaparan materi, demonstrasi penggunaan aplikasi AI dalam pembelajaran, serta evaluasi melalui kuis dan diskusi interaktif. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 27 orang yang terdiri atas siswa, guru, kepala sekolah, dan pengawas sekolah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep dasar Artificial Intelligence, pemanfaatan AI dalam proses pembelajaran, serta kesadaran terhadap dampak positif dan negatif penggunaan AI. Selain itu, keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi AI sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran juga mengalami peningkatan. Meskipun terdapat beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan perangkat dan jaringan internet, kegiatan ini dinilai berjalan efektif dan mendapat respons positif dari peserta. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan sosialisasi ini berpotensi mendukung penerapan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan perlu dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan guna memperkuat literasi digital di lingkungan sekolah
