PKM Pelatihan Optimalisasi Tracer Study di SMK Negeri 10 Makassar

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian di SMK Negeri 10 Makassar ini adalah memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai urgensi dan implementasi Tracer Study yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan, melatih peserta dalam mengadopsi strategi optimalisasi Tracer Study, termasuk penggunaan teknologi digital dan pembangunan jejaring alumni yang kuat, serta memastikan bahwa seluruh komponen kunci di SMK Negeri 10 Makassar (guru, penanggung jawab Tracer Study, dan Ketua Program Keahlian) memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk menjalankan Tracer Study secara mandiri, akurat, dan efektif. Pelatihan ini menargetkan pemangku kepentingan utama yang secara langsung bertanggung jawab atas kualitas pembelajaran dan pengelolaan data alumni di SMK Negeri 10 Makassar. Total peserta aktif yang terlibat adalah 17 orang yang terdiri dari penanggung jawab tracer study dan semua Ketua Program Keahlian yang ada di  SMKN 10 Makassar. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahapan utama: tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi/pelaporan. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu Seluruh peserta telah memahami secara mendalam strategi dan teknis optimalisasi Tracer Study bagi lulusan SMK Negeri 10 Makassar, dibuktikan dengan peningkatan skor Post-Test rata-rata sebesar 88%.
