Workshop Pembelajaran Mendalam bagi Kepala Sekolah SD dan PAUD Kota Makassar

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi kepala sekolah SD dan PAUD dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning) melalui workshop intensif berbasis lokakarya yang dilaksanakan selama dua hari di SMKN 4 Makassar. Metode kegiatan mencakup pemaparan konseptual, simulasi praktik, diskusi kelompok terarah, microteaching, dan supervisi berbasis coaching. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre–post test, lembar observasi simulasi, rubrik penilaian RTL, dan kuesioner kepuasan peserta. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi yang signifikan, dengan rerata peningkatan pre–post test lebih dari 30%, khususnya pada aspek supervisi akademik reflektif (64%) dan microteaching/coaching (62%). Seluruh peserta berhasil menyusun Rencana Tindak Lanjut (RTL) yang operasional dan terukur, mencakup strategi implementasi pembelajaran mendalam, supervisi akademik, serta pendampingan guru. Tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai lebih dari 85%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa model workshop berbasis praktik dan coaching efektif dalam mengembangkan kepemimpinan pembelajaran sesuai tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka. Program ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi serta dikembangkan melalui pendampingan lanjutan bagi keberlanjutan implementasi.
