Pemberdayaan Sekolah melalui Penggunaan Teknologi Virtuphylab Berbasis STEM pada Pembelajaran Fisika di SMA Muhammadiyah Lempangan Kabupaten Gowa

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilaksanakan di SMA Muhammadiyah Lempangan, Kabupaten Gowa, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran fisika melalui penerapan Teknologi VirtuPhylab berbasis STEM. Program ini dirancang sebagai solusi atas keterbatasan fasilitas laboratorium fisika, rendahnya keterampilan digital siswa dan guru, serta kurangnya pelaksanaan praktikum yang mendukung pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri. Melalui implementasi VirtuPhylab, proses pembelajaran fisika mengalami transformasi dari metode tradisional yang berfokus pada teori menuju pembelajaran digital interaktif yang menyajikan simulasi eksperimen secara aman, realistis, dan mudah diakses. Dalam aspek pembelajaran, VirtuPhylab memungkinkan siswa melakukan eksperimen virtual seperti gerak parabola, rangkaian listrik, hukum Newton, dan gelombang dengan visualisasi real-time serta manipulasi variabel yang presisi. Hal ini secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, kemampuan analisis data, serta keterlibatan siswa dalam proses investigasi ilmiah. Guru juga merasakan dampak besar melalui peningkatan keterampilan pedagogik dan digital, terutama dalam penggunaan teknologi pendidikan, penyusunan perangkat ajar berbasis STEM, dan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri. Dalam aspek implementasi, pelatihan intensif dan pendampingan yang diberikan oleh tim PkM membuat guru mampu mengintegrasikan VirtuPhylab secara mandiri ke dalam rencana pembelajaran. Efisiensi waktu pembelajaran juga meningkat karena persiapan eksperimen dapat dilakukan dalam hitungan menit, dan siswa dapat mengulang percobaan tanpa keterbatasan alat fisik. Program ini turut memperkuat budaya belajar aktif, inovatif, dan kolaboratif di sekolah. Kegiatan PkM ini berhasil meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran fisika, memperluas akses siswa terhadap pengalaman praktikum, serta meningkatkan literasi digital seluruh warga sekolah. Selain itu, program ini memperkuat kesiapan sekolah dalam menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran abad 21 melalui integrasi teknologi yang berkelanjutan. Dengan adanya pendampingan lanjutan, pengembangan modul eksperimen tambahan, serta potensi replikasi ke sekolah lain, program ini berpeluang menjadi model pemberdayaan sekolah berbasis teknologi yang dapat diterapkan secara luas untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan sains di wilayah Kabupaten Gowa dan sekitarnya
