Abstract

Pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 323 Tokombeng Kabupaten Bulukumbadiselenggarakan bagi guru sebagai upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keberanian untuk melakukan penelitian Tindakan kelas , mulai dari membuat proposal penelitian, melaksanakan penelitian dan membuat laporan penelitian secara benar sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah penelitian Tindakan kelas yang lazim digunakan di dunia Pendidikan. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) bagi guru pada dasarnya berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan profesionalisme guru dalam hal ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan kurikulum di sekolah.  Metode yang digunakan untuk memberikan pelatihan ini, meliputi: ceramah, tanya-jawab, diskusi, pemberian tugas, bimbingan perorangan, dan latihan mandiri dalam bentuk proyek pelaksanaan kegiatan yang diikuti 20 peserta. Hasil dari pelatihan ini memperlihatkan adanya semangat para guru untuk memahami Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).
