Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu ikan kering dan kapasitas mitra dalam produksi dan pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode Rational Unified Process (RUP) digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah produksi melalui pelatihan penggunaan alat pengering 24 jam berbasis multi pembakaran dengan menggunakan gas elpiji dan arang. Dari sisi pemasaran, kegiatan meliputi pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi pemasaran digital, teknik fotografi produk dan sosialisasi pentingnya mendaftarkan merek dagang serta sertifikasi halal pada produk ikan kering. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 18 pelaku UMKM ikan kering. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa penerapan teknologi  pengering 24 jam berbasis multi pembakaran dengan menggunakan gas elpiji dan arang dapat meningkatkan kualitas, produktivitas, dan daya saing produk ikan kering lokal. Selain itu, melalui penggabungan pemasaran digital yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat yang aktif, jangkauan pasar dapat diperluas
