Edukasi Inovasi Produk Sediaan Mouthwash Kombucha Stroberi untuk Meningkatkan Taraf Ekonomi dan Kesehatan Masyarakat

Wiwanda Agrow adalah perkebunan stroberi di Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali, yang mengusung konsep agrowisata dan edukasi pertanian berbasis teknologi hidroponik. Meskipun telah memproduksi kombucha stroberi, mutunya masih rendah dan kurang diminati. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan kepada petani lokal tentang pembuatan kombucha stroberi yang baik serta mendorong inovasi produk turunan berupa obat kumur berbasis kombucha. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, simulasi video, dan demonstrasi langsung. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk menilai capaian dan potensi keberlanjutan produk. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan petani tentang manfaat kombucha sebagai mouthwash alami yang aman dan efektif. Edukasi dan praktik langsung membantu peserta memahami proses dan manfaat antibakteri kombucha stroberi. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada pemanfaatan produk lokal sebagai solusi kesehatan dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Dukungan berbagai pihak dibutuhkan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan inovasi ini
