Pelatihan Metode Pembelajaran Bervariasi” yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 221 Malili dihadirkan sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru sehingga tujuan pelaksanaan pembelajaran tercapai dengan baik. Pembelajaran dengan penerapan metode pembelajaran bervariasi merupakan perwujudan prinsip pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan Teaching at The Right Level. Guru harus mampu mengelola pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran beragam sehingga kebutuhan peserta didik terpenuhi, tercipta suasana belajar yang nyaman, dan peningkatan hasil belajar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dikemas dalam bentuk pelatihan diikuti 36 peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilah guru dalam hal metode pembelajaran bervariasi
