Abstract

Literasi merupakan sarana peserta didik dalam mengenal, memahami, dan menerapkan ilmu yang didapatkan di bangku sekolah dalam kehidupan nyata, baik di dalam lingkungan sekolah maupun luar sekolah. Memberikan pelatihan dan pembinaan kepada masyrakat. Penggunaan media berbasis lingkungan sekitar, strategi belajar, pembuatan bahan dan materi ajar perlu ditingkatkan. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait dengan pemahaman Literasi sejauh ini berupa koordinasi dan implementasi denganmasyrakat,  kepala sekolah, guru, dan mahasiswa kampus mengajar di Kabupaten Soppeng. Langkah-langka yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian yaitu dimulai dengan menyusun materi-materi, strategi, media yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan Literasi dan Numerasi: (1) Apa sumber belajar berbasis lingkungan yang tepat untuk kegiatan Literasi dan Numerasi siswa; (2) Bagaimana strategi yang digunakan untuk membangun Literasi siswa dan Numerasi siswa. Tim pengabdian juga tengah menyusun instrumen tes awal dan tes akhir. Guna mendapatkan luaran yang direncanakan di awal, maka tim pengabdian merencanakan untuk segera melaksanakan kegiatan Workshop.
