Abstract

Bank Muamalat, sebagai pelopor dalam industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia, memiliki peran strategis dalam program kemitraan yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah di kalangan mahasiswa dan masyarakat, khususnya di wilayah timur Indonesia. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai prinsip-prinsip keuangan syariah yang bersifat inklusif dan universal, serta menangani persepsi keliru bahwa ekonomi syariah hanya relevan bagi umat Muslim.
Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk untuk menambah wawasan pengetahuan pengetahuan tentang konsep dasar keuangan Syariah. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama satu hari pada hari 18 Oktober 2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah dan metode diskusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terkait keuangan syariah. Program pengabdian ini dirasa penting dalam rangka menambah wawasan pengetahuan keuangan syariah khususnya mahasiswa bagian timur Indonesia
