Pelatihan Kempimpinan Berbasis Karakter di MA DDI Cambalagi Maros

Kepemimpinan adalah elemen utama yang menentukan apakah sebuah organisasi berhasil mencapai tujuan atau misinya. Kepemimpinan dilakukan melalui berbagai pendekatan atau gaya unik yang dapat memengaruhi seluruh proses kerja dalam suatu kelompok atau tim. Tanpa kepemimpinan, organisasi hanya akan menjadi kumpulan individu yang bingung dan perangkat kerja yang tidak terarah. Gaya kepemimpinan sering dianggap sebagai metode atau pendekatan yang digunakan oleh seseorang dalam menjalankan tugas kepemimpinannya. Setiap pemimpin memiliki karakteristik, kebiasaan, temperamen, dan kepribadian yang berbeda, sehingga perilaku dan gaya kepemimpinan mereka menjadi ciri khas yang membedakan satu pemimpin dengan yang lain. Salah satu gaya kepemimpinan yang relevan dengan era sekarang yakni kepemimpinan berbasis karakter. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini untuk membentuk siswa menjadi pemimpin yang tidak hanya kompeten secara intelektual tetapi juga memiliki karakter kuat yang relevan dengan kebutuhan era 5.0. Era 5.0 mengedepankan integrasi teknologi dengan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, sehingga kepemimpinan berbasis karakter menjadi sangat penting. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, PKM ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu penyusunan materi, pembuatan proposal, pelaksanaan, dan proses pelaporan. Adapun luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa memahami pentingnya karakter positif dalam kepemimpinan, sehingga semakin termotivasi menjadi seorang pemimpin.
