Pelatihan Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Teknologi Pada Guru SMP Kota Palopo

Penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran perlu ditingkatkan agar pembelajaran lebih menarik dan berpusat pada siswa (student centered) dan tidak lagi berpusat pada guru (teacher centered). Solusi atas masalah tersebut adalah melakukan pelatihan. Adapun tahapan yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah 1) tahap persiapan yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi dan diskusi dengan guru, 2) tahap pelaksanaan yang terdiri dari pembukaan, pemaparan materi, dan pendampingan penggunaan media Games Bamboozole, media Augmented Reality dan Virtual Tour. Adapun hasil respons tertinggi peserta setelah mendapatkan pendampingan adalah bahwa materi pelatihan relevan dengan kebutuhan mengajar. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan memberikan konstribusi pada guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran. Respons tertinggi kedua adalah bahwa pelatih memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang media berbasis teknologi. Adapun tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini adalah pihak sekolah akan melanjutkan kegiatan ini melalui kegiatan Kelompok Belajar yang ada di sekolah.
